This morning the crossfit kids worked out with the Crystal and the ladies in the Lake Pointe Bootcamp. By request of the the kids, they did the same workout as their moms to kick off spring break. It was difficult, but I must say that the kids deserve a tenacity award for sticking with it and finishing!! Morgan, Emilee, and Grace you ROCKED!!!!
Getting fit and having fun with your parents, now that is what it is all about!!!!
